Who is the best advertsing sales person in the southeast? (TV/Print/Radio/Internet/ or Other)?

I am looking for the best media salesperson in the southeast US. This person is not ';salesy';. This person is honest, genuinely wants to help their clients, and is very creative. When a client sees that this person is calling, they want to answer the phone. Clients trust this person and belive they are a true resource and can really help thier business. It is always a good idea to call and work with this person. Who is it? (he/she does exist)
