who can give me an advice about my future?

i'm studying engineering at secondary now my specialisation is mechanic . i want to work in a company as you know company needs a depended certificate but my country (libya) hasn't that .i don't know what for do for solution this problem. who can give me suggestions for solution this problem?.please answer my question .i'm so confused
