Hello,
I quit my computer programmer job last year because I was starting my own business with 2 friends. Now I have sold my share in the business and looking to re-enter the workforce. I discovered I had great all-around people & resource management skills so I want to go back to a management job now. How do I explain why I want to leave the business world to go back to a job? I don't want them to think I will be leaving as soon as I get another business or that I failed in Business. Thanks.
